About Mandatory Legal Custody

According to European regulations, all our plans include the secure custody service for .DDD files. This service remains active exclusively while there is a current subscription linked to the asset.

In case of cancellation or non-payment, a 7-day grace period will be granted for download. After this period, data will be permanently deleted for security and GDPR compliance, making recovery impossible.
